Hey -

We made it!

Six episodes. Six weeks. One idea from a lot of different angles.

You don’t have to fade.

Today’s episode is the Foundation Series finale, the one where we stop diagnosing and start prescribing.

 Here’s what’s in this episode:

 The Three Valleys

As I’ve been making this series, something clicked. The four fades I’ve been talking about are actually three valleys: Physical, Social, and Mental. The emotional silence and the identity confusion aren’t separate problems. They’re two faces of the same valley. And they compound each other in ways that make the whole thing feel like gravity.

 The Question

Am I an asset or a liability? Not to the economy. To the people who depend on me. To the men around me. To my own future. There is no neutral. Every day pushes you in one direction or the other.

 The Prescription

Valley by valley, here’s what the fight actually looks like:

  • Physical: Train 3–4x/week. Resistance. Zone 2. One hard interval session. Non-negotiable.

  • Social: One call a week. One meal a month. One honest conversation. Someone has to go first, let it be you.

  • Mental: Stop saying “I’m fine.” Know your pillars. Serve something bigger than yourself.

The Second Summit

Arthur Brooks writes about two kinds of intelligence. The raw horsepower kind peaks in your thirties and forties. But the kind that matters most, wisdom, pattern recognition, the ability to lead with depth, is getting stronger right now. You’re not losing capacity. You’re converting it.

The first summit was youth. The second summit is the one you choose.

That’s what I believe. That’s what this show is about.

Listen now:

If this series meant something to you, send it to one man who needs to hear it. You know who he is.

Don’t fade.

— Jonathan
